Participant's confidentiality is always at the forefront. Therefore the ViCare Guide engages the patient either face-to-face or virtually through a HIPAA-secure Telehealth system.

 

 Eligible individuals are identified from an employer’s health plan claims data. One-on-one coaching is enhanced through the HIPAA cloud platform enabling electronic patient reminders, educational content, and care coordination.
